Majestic Cosme ships orders from Japan. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery methods, estimated timelines, customs responsibilities, tracking, and what happens if a package is delayed, unclaimed, or returned to us.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Origin

Orders are generally processed and shipped from Japan. The available shipping options may vary depending on the destination country, order contents, product availability, shipping restrictions, and carrier service availability.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and company holidays.

Processing may take longer during new product launches, campaigns, peak seasons, inventory checks, payment reviews, address verification, customs documentation preparation, or unexpected operational delays.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping Within Japan

For shipping within Japan, we may use carriers and delivery services such as Yamato Transport, Click Post, Japan Post, or other available domestic delivery services depending on the order size, destination, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery within Japan is generally 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service. Remote islands, rural areas, weather conditions, carrier congestion, holidays, or other circumstances may cause delays.

4. International Shipping

For international shipping, we may use EMS, FedEx, Japan Post, or other international carriers depending on the destination country, available service, package size, and shipping restrictions.

International delivery estimates vary by destination, shipping method, customs clearance, local postal service handling, and carrier conditions. As a general reference, international delivery may take approximately 5 to 21 business days after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.

Some countries, regions, or addresses may not be eligible for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional information for orders that cannot be shipped safely, legally, or reliably.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable. Shipping fees may depend on the destination country, shipping method, order weight, product type, campaign conditions, or promotional offers.

If free shipping or discounted shipping is offered, the conditions will be shown on the website or at checkout. We reserve the right to update shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, and shipping methods without prior notice.

6. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other local charges may be required by the destination country.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Majestic Cosme does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be charged by customs authorities, carriers, or local agencies.

Refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may result in delivery delay, package return, package abandonment, or destruction by customs or the carrier. In such cases, refunds may be reduced or refused depending on the costs and circumstances.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including name, street address, apartment or building number, city, postal code, country, phone number, and any other required delivery details.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately at majesticcosme@miraigroupjapan.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. For international orders, tracking may pause or update slowly while the package is in customs, in transit between countries, or being transferred to a local delivery partner.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, carrier congestion, incorrect address information, payment review, local holidays, strikes, pandemics, import restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Majestic Cosme is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, local postal services, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at majesticcosme@miraigroupjapan.com with your order number and any relevant photos, tracking information, or carrier notices.

For damaged packages, please keep the product, packaging, shipping box, label, and any delivery documents until the issue is reviewed. The carrier may require photos or inspection to process a claim.

We will review the situation and assist where possible. Replacement, refund, or other resolution may depend on the investigation result, carrier policy, product availability, and applicable law.

11. Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, responding to delivery attempts, paying any applicable customs or import charges, and collecting the package within the carrier’s required period.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, unpaid for customs or import duties, or because the customer failed to respond to the carrier or postal service, the customer may be responsible for all resulting costs.

These costs may include outbound shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling charges, customs fees, penalties, storage charges, carrier charges, and any other costs caused by the failed delivery.

Any approved refund may be reduced by these costs. If the costs exceed the refundable product amount, no refund may be available. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the failed delivery was caused by our error.

12. Restricted Destinations and Shipping Limitations

Some products may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to certain countries, regions, or addresses due to carrier limitations, customs rules, legal restrictions, payment risk, or operational limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped legally, safely, or reliably. If payment has already been completed and we cancel the order for this reason, we will arrange a refund according to our Refund Policy and the applicable payment provider process.

13. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one package due to product availability, package size, destination, or operational requirements. If this happens, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment where available.

If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us before refusing the package, ignoring carrier notices, or allowing the package to be returned.
